I’ve spent most of my life bringing people together around ideas, opportunities, honest conversations and experiences that create connection, confidence and forward movement. I take the work seriously, but I don’t believe meaningful has to mean heavy.
The Good Energy Collective grew from my own seasons of change and a question so many of us eventually ask: What’s next for me?
I created TGEC as a place to explore that question with curiosity instead of pressure. No perfect answers. No need to reinvent yourself. Just space to reconnect with who you are, get clear about what you want and move forward with confidence and good energy.

Good energy isn’t about pretending life is easy or staying positive all the time. It’s about being intentional with what we choose, who we surround ourselves with and how we show up—for ourselves and for one another. That belief is at the heart of The Good Energy Collective.
The Experience I Bring
I’ve spent more than 25 years turning ideas into action. Bringing people together, seeing possibility and building something meaningful from it is what I do best. My career has spanned sales, marketing, business development, events and leadership, but the thread through all of it has always been people: earning trust, building relationships and creating opportunities for others to grow.
For nearly 17 years, I worked with Wilmington Media + Marketing, partnering with business leaders and entrepreneurs, building a trusted network and creating everything from intimate roundtables to signature community events.
One of the chapters I’m most proud of began in 2015, when I co-launched the WILMA Leadership Initiative with editor Vicky Janowski. Together, we created and directed programming that connected nearly 2,000 women with leadership development, mentors, board opportunities, greater visibility and meaningful professional relationships. What began as an idea grew into a powerful leadership community, helping more women build confidence, expand their networks and step into leadership throughout our region.
Leaving that successful career after nearly 17 years was another moment when I had to trust myself, take action and begin again.
I’m now completing professional coach training through Erickson Coaching International as I work toward certification. But what I bring to this work isn’t only professional experience.
I haven’t studied change from a distance. I’ve lived it through motherhood, empty nesting, divorce, losing both parents, breast cancer, a major career change and so much more.
I know how to figure things out, make difficult decisions and keep moving when the next step isn’t obvious. I also know how powerful the right question, conversation or connection can be when you’re deciding what comes next.
